Not because our stories are identical, but because I too feel like I don't quite fit anywhere in our journey to parenthood. I got one BFP, and even though that was three-and-a-half years ago and I miscarried at six weeks with no ultrasound proof she/he existed, I've had a few women who never had a BFP imply that I don't really belong in the infertility world. I have endo, but my pain is both not as bad as many (I can usually function well enough) and worse than others (because nothing helps). We're waiting forever on domestic infant adoption but haven't completed that yet, but we also try fertility treatments from time to time to help my endo (but we don't talk about it much because we hate when people assume it's because we aren't satisfied with an adopted family). So...yeah. I get this. People like simple stories, even though we all know there's so no such thing. Praying for someone who relates to your heart even if not your story.Emiliehttp://www.emiliebishop.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6922698531353636335.post-69465290044225098292013-08-23T05:06:15.828-07:002013-08-23T05:06:15.828-07:00What a wonderful post... We each have our own struggles.. Maybe they aren't infertility or baby loss... Maybe it's a troubled marriage, a loved one dying, a chronic sickness, a loss of a job. There are so many struggles in life... But the emotions we all feel are offen very similar. Thanks for the reminder.Rachel Lewishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06652608705204867306noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6922698531353636335.post-45887241128974487642013-08-22T07:54:24.961-07:002013-08-22T07:54:24.961-07:00I can often fit in with people who have different ...I can often fit in with people who have different experiences and struggles than I have, but are experiencing similar emotions. For me, what it all boils down to, is we are all suffering and stumbling our way through life. Gypsy Mamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13026496787029080243noreply@blogger.com
